Him and our chef de cousine Mrs. Prakai Wongphutha will take you on a delightful journey through the classic Thai cuisine.

TOM YUM GOONG - Lemongras soup with Yuu'n Mee prawns
LARB GAI - Traditional spicy chicken salad
PANANG NUEA - Beef filet in panang curry
KHAUW NIAUW MAMUANG - Thai Mango with sticky rice
After class enjoy your home-cooked dishes in a private and informal group, with a glass of white Colombard or red Shiraz from the Thai Hua Hin Hills.

As a welcome aperitif we serve you a refreshing Bellini or Thai Lemongrass Prosecco
Each participant will receive a Patara Cooking Apron and a € 20, - voucher for "Geromichalos", the exclusive importer of vegetables from Thailand as a gift.
